Mô tả công việc


•Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
•Develop, organize category management, proposal and promotion plan for MT channel sales activities
•Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
•Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
•Coach and lead MT team for best performance and career development
•Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions
•Perform other job-related as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc


+ English skill: Advanced
+ Data management skill
+ 4 years college course graduated, major related to Sales
+ Have over 5 years working in MT channel
+ Professional for MT market sales.
+ Leadership to manage sales team
+ Strong responsibility, Positive, Challenging, Passionate, Harmonious
+ Eager to objective achievement
+ Male/ Female
+ Interpersonal communication & Negotiation skills.
+ Ability to build & maintain good relationship with customer.
+ Fit in well with colleges.
+ Export of MS office, reporting, sales & statistical data analysis, sale planning.
+ Possible to go to Business trip
Salary Range : USD 1,500- 2,000
