What you will do
In line with our business operations and strategy, we are now hiring in Hanoi. If you enjoy doing regional implementation, process a good learning attitude and likes a young, dynamic environment, come join us as Sales Manager
- Drives the opportunity to order process, including opportunities that may involve ISV and Industry offerings.
- Participating in sales event organization if any
- Always on a lookout for potential business development leads. Oversee/ manage and control all sales opportunities. Liaising with customers and understand their requirements to come out with a suitable package
- Closes sales by negotiating price; completing sales contracts, follow the payment term closely
- Maintaining and increasing business opportunities, reaching the targets and goals set for the team
- Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the work load of all employees
- Co-work with the Product Manager & the technical team to develop and present Company products to prospective customers
- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with client executives and personnel.
- Compiling, analysing and reporting sales figures
- Developing sales strategies
- Demonstrates thorough business knowledge to understand the business issues that drive clients to engage Blitz services and business solutions.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors, Execute Market research when needed
- Utilizes knowledge, understanding and experience in financial services industry to address client&039;s business issues with solutions that improve the client&039;s return on investment (ROI).

What we hope for:
Qualification
- Fluent in both English (a big must) and Vietnamese - written and spoken.
- At least 5 years in the Financial I.T business/ banking solution products
- University graduated.
- Strong contacts and knowledge of the Vietnam IT sales sector

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Positive "Can Do" attitude and willing to achieve the "unachievable". Always ready to take new challenges and yet still maintain positiveness
• Demonstrates teamwork when working within Blitz in developing and selling solutions.

• Demonstrates thorough business knowledge to understand the business issues that drive clients to engage Blitz services and business solutions and how it can bring value to our client&039;s business issues.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and able to commence work immediately
• Organized and action oriented
• Enable to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and customer-focused environment
• Strong leadership skill, the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills/ presentation skill
• Good business sense
