Sales Manager or Sales Specialist (Enviromental/Water Treatment)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager:

Develop and take care of existing customers, find new sources of customers
Develop sales strategies, manage sales team to achieve business goals
Capture and update information about the market, company&039;s products and competitors,
Forecast sales, specific sales plan, support staff to successfully close deals
Set up and track the completion of business targets by week, quarter, and year for each sales
Manage sales data system, CRM to ensure fully update customer information and data
Coaching, training, guiding, building programs to improve knowledge and skills for employees
Develop and implement sales and market development plans
Coordinate with other departments to build and adjust sales processes and regulations to best serve customers.

Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 28-50 years old
Experience in technical and mechanical drawings
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related majors
Good command of English/Japanese
Have knowledge of environmental technology and waste treatment process
2-5 years of experience in a similar position in the business of water treatment, pump, valve or others industrial equipment/machinery
