Exploiting more customers and sources of new customers, expanding markets and potential customers, proactively making reasonable persuasive ways to communicate with customers.
Always take care of your appearance, communication skills well, especially skillful in caring and consulting for high-segment customers (VIP).
Maximize sales performance for your area and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded.
Update information on the real estate market, quickly grasp the needs of customers in order to promptly advise the most accurately and close the contract.
Introduce, consult and care for customers to visit the company&039;s projects and products.
Build relationships with potential clients and brokers to sell them our added-value services and products.

Bright, eye-catching appearance
If you have a third foreign language or have real estate experience, you will have advantages.
Good communication in English
Proactive, energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
