RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead and manage sales projects for Savills HCMC division.
-Promote Savills services in respect to, but not limited to project sales services.
-Liaise with senior managers and staff from other departments.
-Ensure that all documents relating to the sales department are prepared and managed in accordance with company policies & procedures. Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to market & sell projects on behalf of the client.
-Hiring and training key person to build their own team.
-Undertake domestic travel as required.
-Lead and manage sales staff across key projects undertaken by the sales department.
-Manage, coordinate, and ensure professional standards of the marketing of sales projects.
-Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, managing your team, and updating weekly report to HRBP as required.
-Tracking sales goals and producing weekly report to Residential Sales Director within required deadline.
-Ensure the Sales Department complies with all laws related country’s law requirements.
-Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the sales department.
-Manage, lead, and liaise with the clients regarding sales issues.
-Meeting planned sales team goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team
-Attend training courses as required and deliver training to their own team.
-Ensuring the timely payment of all sales department related invoices
-Manage the preparation of accurate project marketing and sales budgets.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
-The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
-Literacy, for writing reports and presentations
-Education: Business management; Hospitality management, Real Estate or related fields.
-Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
-Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
-Excellent skills in MS Office; Experience with graphic design programs is an advantage
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
-Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively under pressure
-Independent worker with capacity to learn quickly and fulfill assigned duties with little managerial oversight
-At least 5 years industry experience with a solid understanding of the Sales and Marketing of property covering residential, office, retail and other related projects.
