Dt&C VINA - 100% Korean capital. The company specializes in testing and certificates of Electrical/ Electronic products and Automotive components with modern laboratories. We focus on:
1. Testing scope: EMC, Safety, Reliability and Energy Efficiency.
2. Products: Household Appliance, ICT, Lighting and Automotive components.
3. Customer: Domestic and International.
Due to expand the market, Dt&C VINA needs to recruit: Sales Manager and Sales Executive as below:
- Finding, expanding and developing new customers in need of testing services and certification of testing with the strength and development orientation of the company.
- Take care to maintain relationships with existing customers, ensure service quality as well as customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement weekly / monthly / annual business plans to ensure the department's assigned revenue targets.
- Manage and take responsibility for the resources of the business department: actively build internal processes, KPI targets, and assign jobs; supervise & support other sales members in business activities ...
- Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, gather information from the market to propose suitable business strategies for each stage.
- Advising and advising the Board of Directors on short, medium and long-term business strategy, plans and plans.
- Participate in team training and development.
- Reporting as required by the Company.
- Other works as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc


Requirements:
- Male / female, graduated University with major: Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Import-Export & other related.
- Experience in testing services, trade, import and export, Logistics, engineering is an advantage.
- Have at least 05 years of sales in foreign companies (for the Sales Manager position) and at least 2-3 years of experience staff position in foreign companies.
- Good at English and communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good skills for training, assigning jobs and motivating teams (for Sales Manager)
- Sensitive, creative, proactive, work-oriented thinking.
- Have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm at work, always keep the spirit of "I can do".
