Working Location/ Nơi làm việc: Working in hospitals/ clinics in Thu Duc HCMC and Binh Duong province.
1.Mục đích công việc - Role Objective
-Research and develop various marketing strategies for hospitals.
-Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas.
-Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
-Get new customers, reach to the revenue KPI
2. Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chủ yếu - Principal Duties & Key Tasks
2.1 Trách nhiệm - Responsibilities
-Increase sales and organize marketing activities (discount, promotion program, educating classes, seminar, charity…) to attract new customers
-Wide brand positioning, build a good image for hospital
-Work closely to CS dept to improve customer’s satisfaction
2.2 Nhiệm vụ chính - Key tasks
-Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
-Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
-Maintaining website, fanpage and looking at data analytics
-Organising events, seminars, classes…
-managing campaigns on social media
-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities and get new customers for company
-Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
