Sales & Marketing Manager (Người Việt Nam)

- Accomplish other Sales and Marketing-related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager.
- Keep in touch with the main company in HCMC
- Be responsible for managing sales team
- Coordinate with suppliers such as Logistic & transportation company
- Collect advertising materials & ensure the proper printing of advertising materials
- Follow up and remind customers to make payment
- Collect all request of customer
- Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers
- In addition to salary, there are additional incentive
- Be responsible to achieve profitability goals
- Discuss contracts & agreement with customers
- Follow up the quotation and arrange purchase order.
- Develop advertising, PR, direct marketing, media
- Trade fair holding and events
- Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested.
- Update and maintain the Sales and Marketing department&039;s documentation and databases.
- Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans
- Find new customers within target market definition and manage customer relationship to achieve profitability goals (Non Japanese customers)

- Intended date of starting work: after 15 December 2021
- Only women, Vietnamese people, over 30 years old, minimum 03 years experiences working as Sales and marketing Manager.
- Candidate who has experience of office Interior work, office design, office furniture sales are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches
- Bachelor&039;s degree, preferably in Sales Marketing, Business or a related field
- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially MNC (multinational companies).
