Sales & Marketing Specialist (FMCG)

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
-Plan and execute sales strategy, tactics and activities to expand Panasonic Battery business
-Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) to keep management healthy
-Make forecast and manage P/L (Profit and Loss) with in charged customers
-Generate instore merchandising idea and POSM
-Manage merchandisers to maintain the shop front display in order to secure certain position
-Continuously enhance the relationship with customers, find new customers or opportunity to increase sales
-Communicate and cooperate with other departments in order to improve internal and external process
-Proceed documents like contract/payment/order and other relevant duties
