Sales Planning Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Planning Manager:

Lead sales team to build sales plan for each product and channel
Identify hidden issues that prevent team from achieving sales goals
Consider and suggest solutions to managers and directors
Oversee the national order management team; in charge of processing orders from all brands and distributors, as well as other internal orders
Responsible for market forecast and ensuring adequate supply for market demands
Promote any necessary changes and contact sellers to confirm their rights and obligations
Update sales performance to encourage distributors to reach their goal
Monitor sales targets for each distributor and company
Coordinate with other leaders to find problems and implement efficient working process
Support the team in resolving issues until the goods are shipped to the customers
Prepare reports as required (Sales performance, distribution inventory,...)

Good command of English
Have experience working in building marterial is preferred
Graduated from university major in Economics, Business Administration or related majors
Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 30-42 years old
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
