Sales & Product Management (Credit Card)

* Strategic Project Implementation regarding to Digital Cooperation – Sales and Product fulfilment area
- Cooperate with partners in developing new products alongside with working with Digital Cooperation Project team within the Department to provide input and complete design for project implementation
- Responsible for coordinating with other related functions (product development – BD Center, CCBC, risk management, digital business center) in developing and launching new products based on project requirements, utilizing organizational digital platform and process
- Evaluate and enhance/improve product and process designed
- Coordinate with Marketing Center in developing marketing materials & plans
- Initiation, implementation and management fully for assigned projects specifically in cooperation with partners specialized in Sales and/or product development in digital platform
* Daily BAU Responsibilities
- Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
- Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
- Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
- Plus any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

- Min. 2 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.), especially in the area of project development, marketing
- Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience in project management field, preferably with experience of project leader/ project manager
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
- Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
- Time management
- Problem solving and negotiation skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and ability to work in a team environment.
