Sales & Service Engineer

***JOB DESCRIPTION / MISSION:
Responsible for:
- Work closely with sales coordinators for order processing
- Researching and collecting market information and investment information.
- Developing new customers (mainly Taiwan & China Manufacturers) , following up current customers.
- Providing technical support and services to customers.
***DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure proper follow-up of existing customers.
- Generate sales target, sales budget and sales strategy for Janome and related products.
- Fully cooperating and coordinating sales and service
- Search and promote new potential customers

***Qualification/Requirements:
- Education: College/University Degree. An engineering degree (service/electronic & automation engineering) is preferable or equivalent knowledge gained from experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Microsoft Office, etc.).;
+ Good skill of written and spoken English / Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience: At least 2- 3 years of experience or knowledge in technical field / service working in production manufacturing line and production process.
- Knowledge of production equipment facilities or machines will serve as a advantage and most welcome.
- Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations.
- Have a strong ability & will to close orders.
- Personality requirements: Enthusiasm. Good working attitude. Ability to work individually and in a team.
