SALES STAFF - 06 POSITIONS - NO NEED EXPERIENCE (Working in Nhon Trach) - URGENT

Job Duties:

a) Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Follow up with customers on the new program from the beginning till the end whereby the production orders are delivered meeting upon customer requirements.

b) Handling the customer complaints accordingly to ensure customer feels satisfied and provide confidence to customer no repentance of such complaint with the support from Production/ technical team.

c) Looking for ways to get more potential customers through contacts of friends, colleagues, business associates, and other activities such as participation in Textile and Garment exhibition, etc.

d) Consistently follow up with the customer on the overdue payment so that there is a continual service of the goods supply and maintain a good credit control.

e) The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction and drive the sales team to achieve budgeted sales target.

Requirements: Able to speak, write & read fluently in English; Fresh graduation also suitable for this Job. Graduated from Collegues or University major in Marketing and Sales.
