Sales Staff

- Monitor and support the quality management department in handling and resolving customer requests, complaints
- In charge of assigned customer groups. Prepares cost calculation sheet for immediate quotation to customer.
- Welcome and support customers when customers visit the company.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems about products.
- Responsible in getting monthly confirmed orders from customer at the earliest time possible.

- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good at words, excel, power point.
- Working experience in Japanese factories is preferable,
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in the same position.
- Able to work independently or in a team and under high pressure.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent English is required (Japanese is an advantage)
- Age: 25- 35
