Direct Subordinates: Education Planners (EP)
Responsibilities
Job Purpose: Support Centre Manager (CM) in managing department’s operations. Together with EP to obtain sales target
 Handle arising problem under authorisation
 Monitor telesales performance
 Be responsible for sales target assigned by CM
 Support CM for department workshop and training for new staff
 Handle other tasks as of EP’s
 Assign tasks and arrange working schedule for staff
 Monitor EP performance
 Verify and finish reports as required

Qualifications
 At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in counseling, advising or customer service
 Ownership and leadership skills
 Handling complaints skills
 Sales orientation
 University graduated
 Excellent product knowledge
Skills
 Good training & coaching skills
 Leadership & ownership
 Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information
 Good communication & persuasion skills
 Good organisation and presentation skills
 Skill to handle customer complaints
Language: Good in English
Computer: Good at computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
Other requirements
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
 Experience in education and training or service organisation is preferable
 Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
 Shift working
 Ability to work under pressure
 Good team building spirit
