Sales Support (Good English - Knowledge of Import and Export)

- Handling customer issues and business inquiries. Excellent customer service skills to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
- Monitoring orders process and to follow up shipment schedule smoothly
- Coordinating with other departments as well as managing the correspondence between the sales team and customer.
- To keep close connection and relationship with customers to promote company’s image and prestige.
- Handling multi-tasks as per request from Manager and Vice manager
- Good administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills are essential for the sale support role.
- Employees must also demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter customers' requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.

- New graduated students with good qualification and English are welcome
- Knowledge of Import and Export a plus
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) both English and Vietnamese.
- Must be fluent and efficient in communication through phone call in English.
