Responsibilities:
- Provide training services, focusing on product knowledge and sale consultancy skill training, to sale staff and all Departments/Sections to enhance their product and brand knowledge, sales skills and attitudes
- Monitors the quality of product training system and process to ensure a proper implementation according to brand strategy, focus on Health Care brand
- Coordinate with all sales team in developing the yearly and monthly training plans to ensure the training courses to be carried out on time and well-prepared. Keep contact point for country-wide reporting on Health Care product training activities
- Control the training budget to ensure a right investment in training
- Coordinate with CM to organize training conferences/ events to internal staff and external parties (distributors, retailers, doctors, and nurses…) to deliver product knowledge and sale skills
- Assess the quality of knowledge and consultancy skills of shops owners by frequent visit and test, and propose methods and tools of improving knowledge and skills for shops owners
- Provide training on the job for salesmen on skills of sales, and support salesmen to list new products successfully into the shops
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or at least 1 year working experience for Insurance companies or FMCG companies
- Good at English (from 600 Toeic and up)
- Good computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc).
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel for business
