Salesforce Developer (Java/.NET/PHP)

Responsibilities

Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systemsin order to integrate across the business,
Develop Apex (classesand triggers)
Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate businessrequirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits, sharing and visibility),
Custom User Interfacedevelopment Lightning Web Components,
Take ownership of release cyclesto implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
Best Practices: Adhereto Salesforce best practices, maintaincode documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systemsused in the organization,
Supporting the Salesforce Administrator.

Qualifications and Background
Required:

Proficient with MicrosoftVisual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design Systemand the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Salesforce Service cloud,Sales Cloud productknowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience,
Certified Salesforce PlatformDeveloper I,
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members,
Able to work independently,

Desirable:

Additional Salesforce certifications Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I,
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience

Required:

Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,
Ability to write,interpret, and critiquetechnical specifications
General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,
A proactive attitudeto Salesforce enhancements and bringing existingcode into best practices.
Experience working with large data sets and bulkification,
Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutionsto stakeholders

Desirable:

Comfortable managing a team,
Active in the Salesforce community.
Demonstrates continued personal/professional development,
Competency in other languages / development (XML,Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services,
