SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (woven)

Directly communicate with customers to get product specification/layout and requirements for end to end product development.

Participate in meeting with customers along with Salesperson to get direct communication with customers for product development process

Close partner with Sales Team on developing product opportunities to drive key initiatives and achieve sales objectives for assigned accounts.

Understand product application process from several sampling stages into Bulk production to leverage our capability & capacity aim to win initiatives on timely and costly manner

Effectively manage product development process from customer briefing to artwork development, costing, sampling, and final approval.

Coordinate with GPD, Prepress and Operation team to deploy new items to production.

Remain current on industry trends and product innovations to effectively partner with customers in leveraging Avery Dennison solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Technical knowledge of weaving, woven product manufacturing is preferred

Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships

Demonstrated ability to be highly organized while managing multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines.

Strong customer service skills.
