[SCG-CBM]- Area Sales Manager (Highland)

Sales Task:
Searching for new clients who could benefit from expanding sales for SCG and new application products based on assignment
Travelling to visit potential clients
Coordinating sales projects
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Technical Task:
Developing network to complete service range of technical support for end customers
Offering after-sales support services
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
Providing training for sales team & customers
Solving client problems in term of technical term
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge
Analysis & Reporting Task:
Marketing analysis
Recording and maintaining client contact data
Preparing reports for head office
Meeting regular sales targets

Mature and be able to work independently
Age: over 35 year olds with at least 5 years’ experience in sales in building materials field, especially for Roof & Fiber Cement products.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Having a technical background (in civil or architecture is preferable)

Comfortable on travelling nationwide
Creativity, Deployment & Execution
Good in coaching and teamwork
Good command of written and spoken English (advantage)
