[SCG - Chemicals] - Purchasing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Deal with importation, customs broker, forwarder and ensure smooth importation process.
Collaborate with financial team members on supply contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
Plan and orientation functions of purchasing department. Review, propose and implement the requirements for goods or services that meet the business activities.
Prepare letter of credit (LC) and Trust Receipt (T/R) application, Marine and Domestic Insurance.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for purchase department.
Receive Purchase Request from all departments and review. Issue Purchase Order on SAP system.
Maintain the current providers and seek new suppliers in order to determine pricing, quality products. Advise the DGD or Management Team of finding new suppliers and evaluation.
Negotiate with both local and oversea suppliers in order to ensure progress in the provision of goods, equipment, materials production time. Solve the case of delay and substandard goods.
Conduct supply Chain Management in accordance with criteria: sustainable, product, delivery time, after sales service, payment term and method, and development potential.
Ensure purchase with reasonable price and good quality according to the standards required.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Good innegotiation skill, leadership, Interpersonal skill, problem solving skill
Fluent in English
Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel and SAP experience
At least 3 years ofexperience in similar position, duties and roles.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administrative or other related fields and familiar with Incoterm
Be responsible, honest, careful, service mind, dynamic, and able to work under the pressure.
