[SCG-LSP] - IT Infrastructure Specialist

Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
Installing, maintaining, monitoring operating environments.
Updating any software and hardware where necessary
Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response
Hands-on and provide IT support on Infrastructure based technologies

EDUCATION BACKGROUND;

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related filed.

WORKING EXPERIENCE;

2-5 years of relevant experience in IT network/systems administration or relevant role in a medium to large enterprise

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;

Strong responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind.
High communications and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of various operating systems and databases e.g. Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Windows Server products, iOS or Android.
High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).
Proficient in the use of necessary program or software such as Anti-Virus software, MS Office, etc.
Good understanding of the latest in network hardware, software, technology, and trends.
