Internal coordination within the Project to facilitate smooth implementation of all community-related activities
Implement intra-company coordination and communications activities
Provides professional planning assistance to section manager and CSR manager
Performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans
Evaluates adequacy of community facilities in meeting current and projected needs
Collaborate with other CSR Department members to update required documents as needed
Works within the Company policies and regulation.
Develops strategies to promote economic and community development
Responsible for all CSR planning activities and Performs advanced professional work related to variety of planning assignments
Performs related duties as assigned.
Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time.
Recommends priorities, schedules, and funding sources to implement CSR works
Identifies community problems, issues, and opportunities that could be mitigated through better community planning
Assists with updates and maintenance of Comprehensive Plan

Requirements:

Ability to provide crisis communications support
Good Microsoft office skills
Strong event/project management skills and ability to work well under tight deadlines
Bachelor&039;s Degree in any field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the CSR field will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and also work collaboratively in a cross-functional organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both Vietnamese and English.
