{SCG - LSP] Training Officer

Provide advices and services on HRD issues.
Follow and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct, safety procedures and compliance with the applicable laws strictly.
Execute and maintain the strategies and implementation of Human Resource Development (HRD) plans including workforce planning, competency management, learning and development planning, learning solutions design, training needs analyzing, etc.
Implement HRD operations by planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job competency; designing systems and procedures; allocating resources; resolving problems; implementing change management.
Gather, review and analyze all employee requirements and grievances to identify requirements, problems, solutions, business opportunities, and threats that affect the Company as well as provide solutions or recommendations on various issues related to HRD issues.
Perform day-to-day a variety of HRD operations to ensure that the overall HR implementation plans and activities are managed in accordance with the Company’s HR policies, strategies, systems, procedures, and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders e.g. vendors, consultants, learning institutions and potential training providers. Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with trainees, managers, and supervisors.

Carry out the tasks assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND;

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in any related filed.

WORKING EXPERIENCE;

3-5 years of relevant experience in HR management or development or relevant role.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;

Basic knowledge of HR management and development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind.
High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and legislation.
