Scope of Job:
- Do all related reports for Board of Managements correctly/timely
- In charge of AR Insurance
- In charge of KPI for Credit team (Performance of overdue and % overdue on Revenue)
-Take responsibility for Block and Release order timely and correctly (overdue debt)
Description
- Call customers to ask for payment schedule
- Report to Board of Managments about situation of customer overdue
- Make Aging report weekly
- Make Sales report & Sales comparision
- Total AR received from Jan to … _Report
- Document controlling (Master data, Sale Contracts, Customers&039; Profile, credit limit approval, over credit limit approval, overdue approval)
- Checking and sending detail of payment inward to Finance-Accounting Dept (if any)
- Work with insurer to deal credit limit issues
- Make statement of customers&039; account and reconcile outstanding debts
- Reimburse diff payments to customers which paid in advance
- Make Remind Overdue letter
- Visit customer with salemen (new customers & overdue customers)
- Strictly follow/implement debts which exceed Credit limit COFACE Report
- Contact direct with customers to solve the problems related to accounting dept.
- Make Agenda credit meeting report_CIP Meeting
- Checking payment method of principle contracts
- Release| Block tightly sales order overdue in ERP (based on documents approved)
- Post collection from customer in ERP
- Proactive action to solve all problems that effect to customer&039;s payment timely (coordinate with other dept)

- Graduated from university at finance and accounting and economics
- Having expericence with ERP is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate/organize work and problem solving effeciently
- Communicate in English
- Having knowledge of accounting software; good MO skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience at the similar position
- Teamwork, work hard and proactive to solve the problems
