Scrum Master

Trách nhiệm công việc:

Help remove impediments and coach the scrum team on moving impediments by themselves
Help lead/coach the organization in ít Agile adoption
Coach scrum team in using Agile methodology, applying Agile best practices in self-management
Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Help the scrum and development teams to identify continuous improvements during team&039;s working processes and coach to apply them in the Agile framework
Collaborate with scrum master, project management, and product owner teams to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile in the organization
Help resolve conflicts and issues that occur inside and outside of the scrum team
Coach the scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

Prior experience on a scrum team in more than 2 years
Have strong written and spoken English ability
Have open mindset and be a quick learner
Ability to provide Agile training is a plus
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to work with and lead a team
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Ability to adapt to changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
