Sea Operation Staff

• Make a booking with carrier/ shipping line
• Contact Customer / Overseas agent to get shipping approval
• Solve any Problem with the carrier/ Overseas agent/ Customer
• Arrange the trucking for Customer
• Following up SOP for every account
• Send the confirmed booking to Customer/ Overseas agent
•Input all required data on the system and update it
• Contact Customer / Overseas agent to get all needed information
•Issue Daily report to the Management
• Issue the shipping document and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agent
• Monitor the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.
• Receiving booking from Customer/overseas agent
• Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent
• Maintenance income and cost for general customers
* Issue the debit note to the customer

- Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
- Open knowledge in sales, analytical skills, data processing.
- Strong analytical skill and ability to see the strategic view.
- At least 2 years working experience this logistics field including shipping line or airlines.
- English communication should be no problem both writing and speaking.
- Good leadership skills with strong initiative to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good relationship with custom authorities
- Creative & proactive mind. Have leadership.
