Secretary to General Director (Proficiency in Japanese)

- Follow-up and remind the working schedule for the director/Japanese Investors to ensure the working plan of the director is updated
- Support Japanese experts in translation and interpretation.
- Answer questions and provide documents when being requested by Japanese Head Quarter.
- Support on tasks related to Japanese Investors in Joint Venture projects.
- Organize and make meeting minutes for Board of Director/ Member Council, Board of Manager (BOD/MC, BOM).
- Collect and make project reports periodically in order to update information accurately and promptly.
- Follow-up the implementation of work the of Company so that can remind and push the progress of relevant departments.
- Do the admin tasks to support Company to accomplish specialized goals
- Support to complete Business Plan, make all Anual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMs) Minutes of Meeting (MoM), solution, Chart of Authorities (COA), procedure of Joint Venture, ect.
- Receive, initial check, record and pass all Joint Venture’s documents submission for signing as everything has to go to Joint Venture.
- For payments/new contracts: read/brief and email to Japanese Investors for their awareness before submission for signing.
- Check if documents are appropriate (signors), and advise departments to do correctly.
- Main organizer of entertainment activities of Joint Venture (lunch, dinner, golf, outing trip).
- Buy whisky, prepare birthday gifts/flowers, ect.

At least 3 year experiences in the field of Japanese/English – Vietnamese translate/Interpreter/ Real estate
