Security Group Leader

• Responsible for review the programs and projects objectively and ensure proactive risk and dependency management
• Ensure the team’s processes and activities are communicated and coordinated internally and across functions, supporting Endpoint Security solutions&039; overall plan and objectives.
• Lead IT projects and programs.(Software Development, System Operation, SI Delivery)
• Foster healthy collaborative relationship with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Determine and define clear goals for the team based on development requirements
• Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges
• Build and lead a high performance team to achieve development goals that meet the quality standards of Samsung SDS and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, quality requirements and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional credibility with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• An effective problem solver with the skills to place issues within organizational context and the ability to make things happen
• An ability to manage feedback to actionize on the same with an aim to improve service delivery.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience managing security projects from initiation to closure.
• Knowledge in security solution domain
• Expert knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, Software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build/deploy strategies, testing, and operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Security system management, diagnosis, vulnerability check and Security solution development, analysis
• Proactive, positive and self-motivated, with a “can do”attitude driving activities forward to successful conclusion.
• Advanced level of understanding in development processes and projects
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in software development and system operation field
• Fluent or advanced level in English/ Korean oral and written communication, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Minimum 5 years of developments experience using Java, Javascript, Sql
• An in-depth understanding of the technologies linked to the role
• An ability to analyze client&039;s security issues and security system status
• Minimum 5 years of experience preventing and responding to security incidents
• Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institution
