Security Officer (Nhân Viên An Ninh/Bảo Vệ)

- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hotel.
- Be punctual for work, briefings and training. Attend scheduled training.
- Take pride in your work and your company, do not make negative comments.
- Be properly groomed at all times; maintain pleasant appearance with tidy hair, high standards of hygiene
- Maintain quality control for all Security operations. Perform your tasks quickly, efficiently and quietly.
- Maintain teamwork.
- Uniform to be clean and Smart. Ensure eye contact is used at all times and maintain good posture.
- Maintain safe working habits, report any broken or damage equipment to your Superior
- Be fully aware of the Security procedures. Familiar with your roles in all emergency procedures.
- Familiar with handling all Crisis Management (Fire, Drowning, bomb threat, Injury, Earthquake, Storm)
- Be ready to assist in all emergencies and conducts regular fire drills to ensure all drills are carried out accordingly
- Always obey the instructions of Security Manager
- Carried out all other duties assigned by Superior
- Be responsible for Car park Management.
- Respect all safety measures. Handle all equipment with care.
- Escort guest to another area of the Residences rather than pointing out the direction.
- Understands guest/staff needs. Treat all guests and staff alike, regardless locals or foreigners.
- Adheres to the provision outlined in employees hand book disciplinary code and rules and regulations.
- Monitors all traffic in the perimeters of the Resort.
- Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.
