Security Supervisor

• Monitor existing and potential environmental hazards and propose corrective actions.
  
• Develop countermeasures and preventive measures against serious accidents
  
• Establish cooperation with regulatory authorities and legal authorities to minimize unnecessary legal costs
  
• Coaching juniors in the department to improve employee skills
  
• Patrol the hotel in accordance with the patrol procedures, and report any unusual circumstances, dangerous areas or dangerous behavior.
  
• After the patrol, a patrol diary is prepared and recorded.
  
• If someone is suspicious at the hotel or is a risk to hotel business, escort them out of the hotel.
  
• Employees who are suspended from work must not be allowed to stay at the company, and ban access for a specified period of time.
  
• Respond actively in emergencies such as fire, explosion, and flood.
  
• Manage all keys, including the hotel's master key.
  
• When taking out items outside of the hotel, check and record the "Withdrawal certificate". Confirm that the quantity of the exported item matches the quantity of the item recorded in the certificate.
  
• All employees are required to enter through the employee's doorway, and customers are required to confirm their identity and issue a pass.
  
• Keep an eye on closed circuit television (CCTV) and the 'safety alert system'. If any abnormality is found, report it immediately to the senior person and take action.
  
• Efficiently handle accidents that occur at work.
  
• Identify and report safety violations.
  
• In an emergency, take action to protect employees, customers, and assets in accordance with emergency procedures.
  
• Be familiar with the hotel's cash protection procedures and report any violations to the head of safety management and the relevant department heads.
  
• Efficiently monitor and control access to public areas, warehouse areas, employee service areas, and parking areas.
  
• First-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation qualifications must be acquired and first aid treatment performed if necessary.
  
• Help employees and customers get timely medical attention.
  
• Understand the principles of “protective missions”.
  
• Attend safety management department business meeting.
  
• Attend training provided by the company.
  
• If necessary, perform any other related tasks.

- Outstanding communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): In-house semi-professional

- Legal knowledge related to environmental safety and facility management (fire, safety): Level of Legal Understanding

•Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree: holder of a degree in mechanical, environmental or electrical

- CPR, First aid certificate preferred

- National qualifications related to environment / safety / health preferred

- Disability for Disaster Prevention (ARM, CFEI) preferred

At least 3 years working experience in the field of environment / safety / health preferred
