Security Supervisor/ Giám Sát An Ninh

• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Handle PABX switchboard and perform basic housekeeping & maintenance function.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information at all times
• Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
• Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
• Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Look after the Guest Services desk in the absence of Client Relations Executive.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Provide porterage, mail, message, postage services and general information

Yêu cầu công việc

Have good knowledge in Safety and Security
Provide support for the Client Relations Executives and Service Assistants as and when required
Have good knowledge in management practices and principles
Have basic computer literacy skills
Critical thinking skills, is innovative and observant to implement ideas to improve operations
Manage complaints from residents and refer to superior only if it cannot be resolved without the impact on the finances of the company or implication on the company’s image. (Night Duty)
Interact with residents, explain facilities and occasionally to conduct site inspection to potential walk-in guests.
Have good written and verbal communication (English & Vietnamese)
