Security Team Leader

* Scope of Work (Summary):
- Cooperate, Coordinate, Support to control industrial safety and hygiene.
- Manage, control, check the works for in- and outsourcing security
- Cooperate, Coordinate with Customers, Authorities to solve the works related to the facilities
- Plan, Manage, Operate firefighting and prevention in Amata IP.
* Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, control the activities of security forces to protect properties of IP, Amata building, public order, traffic.
- Control, supervise, evaluate the quality/ quantity of work of in and outsourcing on security
- Manage, operate firefighting and prevention in Amata IP
- Build, update and carry out the periodical plan of firefighting and its training.
- Coordinate with IP police, civil defense of Song Khoai commune and Quang Yen - Town to control the strike, riot, … patrol around IP
- Any assignment from superior (plan for landscaping, industrial safety and hygiene, firefighting safety corridor …)
- Coordinate with related authorities to collect remain bomb, mine, stray bullet.
- Manage, maintain fire truck, equipment and tools of fire fighting

- Kind of - Experience: Graduate from a University, Knowledge and Experience in the army, social relationship
- Qualifications: Minimum Education Level, Specific Degree and Length
- Language Proficiency: English TOEIC Score
- Technical/Behavior Competencies (3-5):
+ Law and Regulations
+ Computer skill: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), AutoCAD
+ Visionary and strategic thinking
+ Leadership Skill
+ Driving license C
