Seller Logistics Excellence Supervisor - Hanoi

• Foster strong positive relationship with local Lazada sellers
• Improve seller’s logistics performance through collaborating with sellers to improve their logistics and promote seller success stories; advocate in sharing seller best practices within the Seller community
• Improve overall Seller experience and service quality through understanding seller needs and channel these for internal improvement opportunities with respective internal stakeholders
• Support in initiative related to streamlining processes, implementation of new projects and change management to improve Seller end-to-end operational performance from order fulfilment to on-time delivery to customers
• Collect and share market intelligence knowledge with local and regional Management for operation improvement and market growth purpose
• Serve as escalation point of contact for Sellers and collaborate with Lazada Partner Support (PSC) to troubleshoot operational issues, mitigate risks and bottlenecks related to on-time order delivery
• Contribute to the development of building a strong Seller knowledge base including attending online and offline events from time to time to share knowledge
• Continuously review improvement opportunities through innovation in process and systems
• Have strong adaptability to new tools and processes
• Support in other additional tasks as assigned to support company direction and strategy
• Working time: Monday to Friday

• Degree in Logistics, Sales, Service or Account Management is preferred
• Strong data analysis skill with knowledge in MS Excel
• High level of energy and a sense of urgency and is proactive
• Good organization skills, keeping track and following up actions required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to understand in depth what can be done better, ability to identify root causes and solve problems
• Independent, dynamic, determined, and resourceful
• Creative, innovative and thinks out of the box
• Strong team player with a positive attitude to communicate and build strong working relationship with multicultural colleagues, clients & stakeholders in a cross-functional organization. 
• High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Local language & English mandatory.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel to client location.
