Seller Services Sennior

1) Inventory health control (50%)

• To be coordinator in between Seller and TNSL logistics team in daily task


• Monitor daily marketplace backlog to ensure operation teams (Fulfillment, Transport, Aftersales) to process in timely manner and in controlled aging


• Ensure healthy inventory management and visibility in every transaction


• Follow daily reverse logistics dashboard, analyze root cause, address issues to respective teams for problem solving and feedback given properly


• Work closely with Operations, Technology and Marketplace team to develop and implement effective policy and procedures to support the development of Supply Chain business.

2) Service improvement (30%)

• Coordinate with Logistics team (FC, Transport, Aftersales) to have initiative for improving process and system


• Document work instruction and user guide


• Execute to deploy service improvement, measure efficiency and share best practices


• Detect and solve fraud cases relating to Operations and Sellers


• 3)Seller experience & satisfaction (20%)


• Join seller community in social media to receive voice of seller to understand their expectation and positive/negative feedback on seller services for quick-win solution and improvement


• Co-operate with Martketplace/Partner Support Center to follow seller complaint ticket and work with Logistics team to have proper solution

• 2– 3 years of progressively responsible experience in  Supply chain or Logistics Operations, including

Experience with warehousing and transportation environments, e-commerce is preferable
