Senior Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing & Project management (70%):

• Project execution and management to ensure the deliverable, timeline and KPI’s achievement.




• Meeting and liaising with Client to identify the requirements and offer recommendations.




• Work with the execution team members, partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all channels, support to produce creative works that fit timeline, budget & creative standard requirement.




• Keep tracking and weekly/monthly report, monitor campaigns to ensure contract compliance.




• Handles day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc).




• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.

Strategic Planning (30%):

• Write creative briefs under the supervision of the line manager.


• Creative brainstorming.


• Support teams as required in the development of pitches (presentations and quotations) to attain goals and objectives from Client.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.


• At least 02-year of experience working in agency at same position.


• Experience working on planning and executing 360 projects or digital/social campaign with a budget of over $20,000 is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent at Vietnamese and English oral and written communication


• Able to work under pressure and toward deadlines


• Able to efficiently work independently or in a team


• Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, detail-oriented, great project management skill.
