As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving and taking care of Corporate Clients to:

• Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets
• Be responsible for managing customer relations and sales
• Maintaining and expanding good relationships with existing clients
• Contact/ meet customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that help customers solve their recruitment needs
• Ensure prompt collections and credit control
• Be responsible for after-sales service
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by BDM

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education is required.
• 3+ years of experience in business development in Recruitment Company or Consultants in Executive Search Company.
• Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with corporate clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with clients at high level.
• Good at using office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power-point.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Good command of presentation.
