• High level of commitment, energy and enthusiasm.


• Ability to think strategically, implement plans and make things happen.


• Ability to deal with a variety of issues, demonstrating effective time management, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.


• Must have an aggressiveness and confidence, while at the same time maintaining the aura of customer service.


• Must have experience running event campaigns.


• Must constantly train an account management group or developing the skills that she possesses.


• Good spoken and written communication skills


• Strong presentation and negotiation skills


• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner


• Good organisational and time management skills


• Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients


• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.


• 5 - 7 years professional experience with 3-5 years relevant industry experience.


• Strong analytical , understanding of local market conditions and strong market knowledge.

Main Duties:

• Handle for a number of key accounts, oversee the work of account team and be a key person in charge of budgets and administration.


• Managing a portfolio of accounts


• Dealing with all aspects of a campaign


• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business Leading and training other members of the account team


• Managing the work of account team


• Leading project management activity


• Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team


• Achieving business targets


• Delivering business presentations to high-level 


• Attending client meetings


• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients


• Completing administrative work, as required.
