1. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Accounting including preparation of annual financial statement and full reconciliation schedules;
- Prepare Tax Returns, PAYG, BAS, FBT and other tax return
- Compiling required documents and records for the client
- Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings.
- Research and accurately interpret taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings for clients
- General administrative tasks
Accountant can have experience in either CTPI or SMSF
2. PRE – REQUISITE
2.1. Education, Training Qualifications
- Accounting/Audit major
2.2. Experience
- Working time of experience: 2 – 3 years experience in outsourcing companies deal with Australia accounting systems or Australian Tax Agent Firms.
- Prior audit experience is a bonus.
2.3. Technical Skills
- University graduate, majoring in Accounting or Auditing
- Basic knowledge of Australian accounting system and taxation legislation
- Proficiency in Australian Tax Software; e.g MYOB/ Xero/ Handi/ BGL
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required
2.4. Soft skills
- Conversant with English conversation and writing skills.
