Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam.
We are looking for Senior Accounting for PMH & our Subsidiaries for positions as below:
PMH - Payable Accountant Function:
- Record interco transaction (RPT)
- Check daily payment request document. (AP function)
- Preparing document to auditor and head office (GL function, for VAS and IFRS report).
- Monthly closing and prepare relevant report/statements (GL function, like bank reconciliation, accrue interest/ expense, depreciation/allocation expense calculation ... etc)
PMH - Tax Accountant Function:
- Preparing quarterly and annual tax compliance.
- Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends and support manager to provide tax update to relevant person department
- Advisory work: Study tax issue and support manager to provide advisory to other department
- Compliance work: Prepare tax returns, payments, reports including but not limited to CIT, VAT, SCT, FCWT
- Ensuring that tax returns are filed in accordance with tax authorities.
PMH - Banking Accountant Function:
- Reconcile and company bank statement with payment voucher or other relevant documents
- Assist in integration third-party payment
- Assist in monitoring royalty point issuance & redemption
- Ensure the group payment procedure complied with internal control guidance
- Proactively support head of department to improve the payment procedure and reduce manual work
- Ensure the daily, monthly group finance and loan report prepared on time with good quality
- Prepare, review daily finance report
- Assist in monitoring, manage payment document be processed on time
- Assist in computerization of bank transaction
- Work with the bank closely to make sure the banking document could meet with bank&039;s requirement
- Ensure the payment and funding arrangement executed efficiently and on time
PMH - Investment Function:
- Support accounting team and subsidiaries to set up system and accounting training.
- Investment progress: follow un the investment progress, work with investment department for pending issue, prepare the monthly report for investment project.
- Review related agreement/contract, work with outsourcing consultant, discuss with auditor the accounting risk
PMH Sub - Vice Accounting Manager:
- Manage AR,AP/GL teams
- Review/control the monthly financial reports for company, the complexes&039; management fee reports, cashflow
- Co-operate with other teams/other companies in Groups to handle the issues in work
- Support budget for departments, company, complexes preparation. Control actual vs budget for departments, company, complexes
- Allocate the job of team members for implementation, control, adjust the workflow for teams to comply with KPI
- Liaise with software company to handle the requirements/issues related, prepare, control the milestone for software improvement or go live new software.
- Work with internal/ external audit, authority, counter party relating to accounting/tax works.
