Senior Accountant- Senior Level – (Nn)

- Manage and take responsibility for all accounting activities to be in good order
- Control and ensure the sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable and miscellaneous cash batches
- Prepare and post monthly standard journal entries
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for most balance sheet accounts and expense accounts as assigned
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Prepare of monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial statements for consultant’s review before submission
- Perform month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
- Perform salary calculation and assist other duties in relevant of HR tasks (labour contract, SI, HI, UI,…). Ensure to submit statutory report on time to Labour Department, DPI…
- Other duties, as assigned

- Minimum 5 years of experience
- University graduated, major in Accounting or Audit.
- Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Good at Tax and Accounting knowledge
- VAT refund experience is a plus
- Advanced in English and Vietnamese communication
- Accounting software using
- Logical, independent and team working
- Job management skill
- Problem solving skill
