Senior Air Officer (2 Positions)

* Key Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for but not limited to; the following:
+ Contact Ram & Ground Handler to check on flight arrival, update any abnormal for Gateway Sup & Op Manager
+ Submit documents for customs supervisor & Supervise unloading packages from aircraft
+ Perform Aircraft security audit & update report in system
+ Contact Airport customs for clearance process & retrieve cargo from Terminal
+ Notify AM Sup & Import Hub if there’s any pending with Import volume
+ Contact airlines, terminal & ground handler, airport customs for any problems of UPS Import & Export cargo in morning time
+ Can work from 3:00 AM - 1:00 PM

* Work Experience / Education:
- Graduated college/university in logistics/supply chain/import/export major or relevance
- 2 years of experience in similar positions or companies.
- Able to work under pressure
- Diligent, detail oriented
- Intermediate level in communicative English
