Senior Analyst, Manufacturing Operations (Maintenance)Headhunt jobs

As the Senior Analyst, Manufacturing Operations, you will be leading the maintenance department of Vietnam manufacturing plant in order to maximize equipment reliability, manage maintenance costs, and develop technical capability within maintenance & operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure adequate equipment checklist are prepared and the compliance is adhered
• Optimize storeroom management to ensure critical part availability while minimizing total costs and ensure overall maintenance & utility budgets are properly utilized
• Supervise third party contractors working in the factory and coordinate their activities in the factory to maintain continual production
• Set and implement department strategy, standardize, and optimize the work processes, manage and develop the manpower resources using HR tools
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure implementation of basic maintenance standards and develop technical capabilities such as breakdown analysis, tag management, pneumatic, electrical standard, and lubrication program throughout the plant
• Support Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) initiatives by leading risk-based assessment plans and assure compliance throughout the plant
• Work out the solutions to operate utility equipment in the factory efficiently
• Coordinate with Production team to improve machine efficiency and ensure support to other plant functions
• Enhance maintenance planning and scheduling including key maintenance performance indicators and reporting system to ensure maintenance work is efficient and “wrench time” is maximized

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
• Experienced in managing specialized technologies like Aerosols, Coils, Liquid Filling and Utility equipment such as boiler, LPG or ETP
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related fields
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in plant maintenance functions
