Senior Architect

Duties:
· Answer memos when have request.
· Co-ordinate with colleagues and other groups regarding to the design clarifications.
· Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide ensure good design and submission schedule.
· Clarify scope of work and prepare schedule.
· Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tender and construction.
· Manage the project team to develop architecture design solutions for projects.
· Creating, prepare drawings and review plans prepared;
· Report to Architecture section manager on status of Architecture works.
· Ensure the proper implementation of approved drawings, relevant permits and related standards/specifications.

Education:
· Degree in architecture design (graduate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture is preferred).
Experience:
· Minimum 6 years of experience in Architecture Design.
· Experience in high-rise building design and commercial building design are preferred.
· Experience in working for foreign companies is preferred.
· Knowledge of relevant Vietnamese regulations, standards.
· Experience in developing drawings is preferred.
Skills:
· Technical English is required.
· English fluency is preferred.
· Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (obligatory).
· Ability to work independently but contact other teams for information.
· Ability to work under pressure;
