Senior Associate, Operation (Temp. 6 Months)

Purpose/ Mission:
Drive and contribute to Warehouse & Logistics Operations business strategies by working with the Operation Manager
Accountabilities:
Primary
1.Drive and Contribute to Warehouse & Logistics Operations business strategies working with Senior Manager, Operations.
2.Grow and strengthen adidas business by developing the Warehouse & Logistics organization, optimizing outbound delivery performance and achieve cost targets; provide visible product flow and status; identifying and utilizing best practices; strengthening processes and policies; leveraging systems; establishing and monitoring KPIs’.
3.To manage Warehouse Outbound Operations (adidas and Taylor Made) and supporting the distribution of products to overseas and local customers.
4.To ensure that the daily outbound functions are functioning safely with high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity.
5.Ensuring good warehouse practices are continually maintained to make the “Best in Class” facility in the region.
6.Inventory control & management –to achieve stock turn target.
7.Lead monthly Inventory management meeting with relate function
8.Provide Inventory report and analyze to Retail, Sales Forces, Whole sales & Franchise.
9.Ensuring continuous creative improvement process thru problem identification and problem analysis..
Secondary
1.Develop and plan for outbound activities (Pick, pack & Dispatch) with the Outbound & Dispatch Supervisor.
2.Chairing the Morning Briefing Session / Positive Multiplier Activities
3.Coordination and Communication with “internal customers” with regards to outbound & Dispatch activities.
4.Conducting investigation for outbound (picking & Dispatch) inventory discrepancies
5.Conducting Site surveys and planning for project delivery.
6.Manage and control outbound activities (Pick, pack & Dispatch) in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure
7.Timely submission or updating of reports assigned.
8.Continuous review of outbound process to achieve the Best Practice.
9.Verification of outbound related invoices before submission for approval by WM
10.Management 3PL WH
11.Control of administration issues eg, Contract, documentation filing
12.Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical.

* Professional background/ Experience:
- Functional: Experience in Logistics Operation, Inventory management and Planning
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
- Exposure: Sports
* Education:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management.
- Degree advantageous
