Senior Back-end Engineer (Nodejs)

Company Profile:
Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a unicorn startup seeking for an exceptionally talented Senior Back-end Engineer (Nodejs) with at least 3 years of experience in Nodejs/ Typescript and working in large scalable product and highly complex software systems and environment. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be working on multiple functions of the software application which directly support to the functional business teams and other related stakeholders. The system is required in the best featuring, scalability, and high maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
· Developing and enhancing the existing software products with new features, frequently working with different stakeholders/users to investigate the requirements and feedbacks;
· Understand the product flow, optimize the product, identify then fix issues from the first place, improve stability & user experience;
· Optimize high-quality, clean, simple, and maintainable code;
· Design, implement and maintain streaming flow of the product;

· A degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology, or experiences in related fields.
· High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business;
· Having experiences in System design and Microservice;
· High learning agility and a real passion for coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
· Having total of 3-7 years of experience of server-side software including 2- 5 years of coding experience in TypeScript or Nodejs;
· Willing to share knowledge, practices with others in a straightforward and constructive way.
· Detail-oriented and efficient time manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
· High responsibility and diligence;
· Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly ability to work in squad to ensure delivering project OTIF;
· Knowledge and experiences in NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB); most common cloud base infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, etc;
