Senior Brand Protection Operator

A Senior Brand Protection Operator is fully capable by using the tools, techniques and operates all the daily tasks independent. He reports to the project manager back in Switzerland and keeps his team members up to date. It’s a demanding and responsible position.
-Analysing client’s artworks if quality is according guidelines to apply secure marking. Apply marking, prepare the mobile APP and server settings before process some tests. Analyse the test results and if necessary, improve the marking to achieve better results.
-Mobile application testing on iPhones and Android devices to assure a smooth release of a new APP version.
-Generate comprehensive photo libraries by using 30 test mobiles to train some recognition engines.
-Documenting working tasks independently and being self-responsible.
-Solving upcoming technical problems along the team and project managers to find suitable best approaches.
-Supporting the R&D team oversee.
-Coordinating projects along third parties such as printing plants, freelancers and other suppliers.

-In terms of education the candidate must be a Vietnamese with a Bachelor/Diploma degree in printing or computer graphic.
-At least four years of working experience and having a balanced lifestyle
-Needs a deep understanding of graphic and printing experience on technologies such as: Flexo, Offset, Rotogravure and digital printing
-Masters Microsoft Office 365 working environment such as Word, Excel, etc. Having skills along cloud services and knowledge developing macros and scripting languages.
-Good skills by using Adobe Illustrator (developing macros)
-Good skills along iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Testing skills available.
-Fluent in English language (speaking and writing/reading). Able to explain and discuss the working tasks in English and Vietnamese. Being an easy communicator to achieve robust results in the team.
-Highly self-motivated to overcome hurdles and solving problems. Learning on a daily base and being innovative to optimize processes.
