Senior Business Analyst

The major role & responsibilities includes:
- Collect and analyze the requirements for product and solution from internal/external customer through
research, interviews, and regular feedbacks
- Contribute to requirement gathering, user clarifications, IT walkthrough and ensure quality delivery
- Monitor the progress of project development and assist Delivery Manager in task planning and scope/CR
management
- Provide professional documentation for product and solution such as BRD, Business workflow/data flow, etc
- Produce detailed product and functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and
deployment
- Work with development teams to align on project schedules, manages feature delivery, and ensure
implementing effective and efficient business solutions
- Have the ability to research new technologies and technical difficulties
- Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with internal/external clients, communicate
with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Support to evaluate the outcomes/deliverables of project as established during the planning phase
- Perform related work as assigned by direct line manager
- Perform risk management to minimize the project risks
- Maintain expertise and knowledge of business domain, technologies, and solutions
- Write testing scenarios for UAT, support UAT and verifying bugs/issues

Preferred Skills/Behavior Traits:- Proficiency in BA techniques, tools and business areas- Good interpersonal and strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholdersand team members- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills- Experience in Agile Software/Product Development, and strong knowledge of Agile practices- Active, supportive and creative team player but can also work independently- Good sense of team-work, multi-tasking and high responsibility
Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System or BusinessAdministration- Obtaining IT knowledge-base, basic knowledge of database such as database schema and simple SQL query- At least 4-5 years of working experience with 2 years in analyzing requirements or product development asBusiness Analyst position- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques- General understanding and experience of business processes as well as interest in understanding a broadrange of CPG business models

Probation: 2 months with 85% basic salary
Working venue: Floor 12, Royal Tower, 235 Nguyen
Working time: Mon to Fri ( 8:00AM – 5:00PM)
