Senior Business Analyst

Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle;
Break down ideas into epic and user stories so that PO can provide priority.
Design mockup for the web app and mobile app based on requirements;
Other tasks as assigned.
Provide approval for test case design wiki.
Research to get the business concept, business objective and write business requirement and technical specifications;
Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
Work with TA, UI/UX design team, test team, and development team for feature clarification.
Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
Conduct a wiki review meeting.
Consult idea and write instructional documents for the development team;
Work with PO, TA, BOD representative, UI/UX design team on feature wiki.

Familiar with wireframing software such as Axure, In vision, Balsamiq, etc.…
Able to produce wireframes and specs related.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred with at 4 years of solid experience in Software Product Development such as Process, User Experience.
Candidate with experience in social networks is preferred.
Creative and innovative problem solver.
At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Business Analyst.
Comfortable in a small, intense, and high-growth startup environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Has product knowledge or specific domain expertise on either Video streaming, monetization, or comic reading.
