Senior Business Analyst

The interaction with business stakeholders to mine data, gather, understand, document.
Making every kind of business development plan whether of short term program or long-term ventures.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Analyze and interpret business models, requirements, processes and operations to optimize existing business.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Manage products operation with KPIs setting, performance project & developing plans.
Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identify and evaluate potential business opportunities on existing operations.
Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

Domain expertise
● A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
● Knowledge of business structure processes modeling
● A minimum of 3 years experience in business Analyst/business consulting.
● Good knowledge on Business operating model, Value chain, Business processes.
Analyst experience
● Having experience in supply chain management is strongly preferred
● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
● Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Individual skills
● Oral and written communication skills.
● Fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English.
● Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
